Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Reggzs Inc. ("Reggzs", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Reggzs compliance management platform and associated services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Reggzs is an AI-powered regulatory compliance management platform that helps businesses identify applicable regulations, track compliance requirements, manage evidence, and collaborate with team members. The Service includes:

• AI-powered analysis of your business profile to identify applicable regulations
• Compliance requirement tracking and progress management
• Secure evidence file storage and management
• Team collaboration tools with role-based access control
• Automated notifications and reporting
• PDF and CSV export for audit purposes

Important notice: Reggzs is a technology tool, not a legal service. The AI-generated compliance analysis is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. We strongly recommend consulting with qualified legal counsel for compliance-critical decisions.

To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately at security@reggzs.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Reggzs will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms or as required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, after which your access to the Service will terminate. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REGGZS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
